How to Get Ranked on Google

Intro:

If you have not already been told, Google is the most crucial search engine in the world meaning that the majority of those looking for useful information use Google as there first and in most cases last option. What exactly does this mean? It means that if you're serious about making money from your website and your page is not ranked on Google, you are ten steps behind. However, if you read this article and still don't plan on getting your page ranked on Google, then you are making a big mistake.

Submit Your Site:

The first thing you need to do is submit your site to Google. How do you expect to get ranked on Google and have your site on the first page of search results if your site has never been submitted?

Use Unique Content:

In other words, posting the same content on your site word for word that is on other sites will not help you get ranked on Google. You most definitely should not plagiarize anything you find on websites. Google hates duplicate content and the only thing that having the same information as other sites is going to do is lower your page rank. Do not post duplicate content

Keyword Density

Ensure that your website has a lot of the same keyword based on what your page is about and try to make sure that you have your keywords in your titles and headers. Without having your page rich with keywords, you're page will be hard to find in the search engines

Putting up Backlinks:

What are these backlinks, you might ask? Backlinks are the links you might find on other websites that point towards yours; they're crucial to your success in Internet Marketing. The most important thing about backlinks, is to ensure that your links are on pages that have relevant content. If you place your links on pages with random content, it hurts you when trying to get ranked on Google. Great ways to generate backlinks are by writing articles, commenting in blogs, and forums. These processes can be tedious but are worth it. A great tool to generate backlinks free is The Free Traffic System. The best part about it is that it's free. It might take a few months but once your site is ranked on Google, you will most likely see an increase in profits.

Generating Traffic:

Generating traffic can easily fall into the same category as backlinks but I decided to break them up because although they're similar, they are two completely different things. Generating backlinks wont necessarily generate traffic until Google notices the backlinks and people click on them. You want to generate traffic on a regular basis because that is also very important to Google. You can increase traffic so many ways, but it's one of the hardest things to do. I recommend using The Revisitors program, because it generates targeted traffic to your website at a low cost. Generating traffic on your own without the right tools can be extremely tedious but once you have traffic directed towards your site, you're much closer to getting ranked on Google and that much closer to having a successful career on the Internet.
